Every October, sockeye salmon make their way back to the Adams River, one of the richest natural spawning streams in North America. Although thousands of salmon spawn here annually, every fourth year is a dominant year (2014 and 2018 are dominant years), when literally millions of fish fight their way upstream to spawn.
